Greetings,

The non-slip material on the front deck of my '89 Pro 17 is completely off. Probably the only thing holding it on is the bolts thru the trolling motor mount. What glue should I use to re-attach it? I am thinking it will probably be some type of contact cement but there are so many on the market I would like to buy one that will do the job the first time. Your advice is appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Can't help you with the glue choice but I have a '92 Pro 17. The non-skid on my bow was damaged in a fire, non-repairable, so I peeled it off, masked the outline of the original pad, and then applied the truck bed liner that comes in a spray can. Looks good and has held up well. Hutch

Steve - If it were me and I just wanted to re-attach it - 3m marine adhesive, stuff takes a few days to completely cure/harden, but then it is water proff, solid and you're good to go!!
