Gas Spring

Hello.

I have a 99 NX882. I have been unable to find a replacement gas spring and searching the internet has not been productive either.

It is my front/center compartment.

Anyone know how to match this up? I've been to all the auto parts stores, and no one has anything that will work in my area.

Your Tracker dealer should be able to help with a direct fit, if not have it in stock. It doesn't have to be a precise fit either. As long as the length extended is good and strong to support as well as fully collapsed in the stow position, you're good to go. Many fellas have replaced them with hatchback supports at the auto parts stores. Good luck!
