I haven't used one yet but I've heard a lot of good things about them and just ordered one this weekend to replace the cheapo Humminbird that came on my boat.
It sure looks like a good unit. I have an old Garmin 160 on my bow that has served me well. When I thought I was having problems with it that turned out to be in the boat wiring and not the unit, I was seriously looking at the Eagle Fishmark 320. $169. @ BPS is quite a bargin. Fortunatly, I didn't have to replace it so the Garmin is stil pinging away.
