Fuel line question for Mercury Motors

You guys having any issues with your fuel line??? My dealer told me there is a new fuel line that is alchol resistant. I have the gray fuel line with the red lettering, it is turning yellow and getting hard. It is not very old, maybe a year. They say the new fuel line from Mercury will be gray with blue lettering. I can find the new stuff, however it is 5/16, but I need 3/8.

Bill, my dealer gave me 5/16 fittings. Got everything changed to 5/16, and installed the new hose. I noticed even the new Ranger boats rigged with Mercury motors have the old fuel line. You can tell it is the fuel destroying the line... just look at the line where it connects to the fittings, and fuel doesn't touch... looks new. The line that the fuel flows thru is yellow and hard.
