Rich or Trep,

I'm going to be in Atlanta this Friday for the day I am planning to go to bass pro and to the braves game that night I need suggestions on what to do after bass pro and the game, the game is at 7:35 so I figure I have about 5-7 hours to kill, also what is going to be the best way to get to bass pro from the west side at I-20 and I-285

William - First to get to BPS from where you are (which is about an hour drive depending on traffic (meaning if you do it at 4-7pm on a friday it will take you 2 or more!!) is easy:



- Take I-285 NORTH from I-20, stay on I-285 till you get around (what is called the Top End of the Perimeter, Perimeter is what we call 285) and exit I-85 NORTH. Stay on I-85 north till you get to exit Sugar Loaf Parkway. The store is in the Discover Mills mall just on the NORTH side of the exit. So when you get off, if you don't see the sign or directions go Right to the first light and then make a left into the mall area. BPS is on the Right at the first mall entrance.



I'm with Scott - After a game that starts at 7:35pm and ends who knows when i'd go to bed! I live 35 miles north of the city and with a wife and 2 kids don't party downtown at all. So I don't know where all the hip bars are. I know Buckhead (just north of downtown and Mid-town) Exit Lenox road off GA 400 and go right(east) and you can't miss the bars and resturants.



Also check www.ajc.com, local newspaper for happenings. There are 2 Friday night concerts downtown FREE every Friday this summer.
