Flood in Reading,PA

Here are some pictures of the flooding in Reading and Blue Marsh, these are only about 3 miles from my house.

My suggestion........Don't try to fish the spillway There might be some good picnic table structure though:lol:

I know the flooding was bad.Northeast and eastern pa got hammered with rain. A couple areas got 15 inches of rain.The Susquehanna river here in sunbury pa is slowly receding.Binghamtom and conklin,New York was still under water as of this past friday.Sure made a mess and alot of roads was closed.It made my travels for work a mess.

The city was cleaning carp off the streets 2 blocks into town

Yup - same storm that left over 15 inches of rain in DC. Very few people escaped without some damage (mostly basement flooding). As of yesterday afternoon, the Potomac was still abnormally high and churned up.
