i have a 95 nitro 160 . it has 2 seats with a step between. i am wanting to open up the step and have access to fish finder puck and possibly gain some storage. any one have any suggestiions?

Hi; Back in the 90's we added a compartment (box) between the seats on our 2000DC.
Kept pedestals in it. Could have made it larger / deeper etc to suit our needs.
Simple all-weather plywood. Still as a step.
