All,

Just as an FYI, this was sent by my company's support center.

The Support Center has been alerted by several anti-virus vendor of a new, fast-spreading virus on the Internet. Called W32/Bugbear.b@mm, this virus arrives in an attachment with one of the following extensions: .exe, .pif or .scr. A significant number of infected messages are currently being blocked by our e-mail gateways in Pittsburgh and Hampton, so it is likely that you may encounter this virus in any outside e-mail accounts you maintain.

This virus uses many different subjects, attachment names and forged sender's addresses (including someone you may know) so it is very important that your virus protection is up-to-date and you avoid files with extensions .exe, .pif & .scr.
