E-mail warning....virus?

OK guys, I have received an e-mail from Ken and he the same from me. Nothing was there, it is titled "Japanese girl vs playboy". No shots here. Neither of us had anything to do with it. If you recieve it from either of us, delete it. I have no idea what it is or where it came from. My IT guy is looking into it. It is in my e-mail. I also got two from Bob G "new tool" and "my first game" which appeared to be the same. Nothing there. Be careful. I have not e-mailed many people because of this. Let me know if you get it.

I got a virus in my email having the klenz worm(sp). I ran an anti virus program last night cleaning my drive, hopefully no one was effected by emails that I may have sent..or post's that I posted. I have no idea where it came from...

My system is clean too...it's running rampant and I have now received dozens of these from all over the globe...just delete them!!!

Yeah, and it empties your livewells and dulls all your hooks! Hey Pierre, did you send me your empty livewell virus after day 1? LOL Sure looked awful compared to the first stringer! LOL But really, I did learn to NEVER let your guard down at a big tourney. I called my wife at the Wal-Mart and she asked me where I was fishing. I told her, as I turned around there was a guy sitting on the bench waiting to use the phone. Later my mom spied him with a map. He never did find it, or wasn't willing to make the run. If he had, could I have had him DQ'd for unsportsman like conduct? That was low!

i got rid of mine. it was the klez. it infected 35 programs including e-mail. our norton anti virus said it was clean but it wasn't. we updated our anti virus and it worked. but i don't use my e-mail. it gets into your address book and spreads by using familar addresses. all this trouble because some little f%@#er is just playing games. i have outlook express. i've heard yahoo e-mail has better security against virus'. i think i will switch. i took some addresses out of my book to help stop the spreading. if when you delete an e-mail you get a flash of a download window,(it's a very fast flash) then no matter what your anti virus says you have the virus and you need to update. thanks stan

Good news, just completed the virus scan and nothing was detected. Used the latest version of Mcafee so it would have caught it.

I use McAfee (VirusScan Online) at home and I always wondered if it was working until a few months ago. It has stopped 3 viruses since then that were attached to e-mails without even opening up the attachment!

I received the "Japanese girl vs playboy" e-mail yesterday from a name I didn't reckonize. I deleted it, but it didn't appear to have anything in it. McAfee didn't show me a virus alert, so I think it is OK.
