I just cannot imagine what went through that Captains mind as it was happening... And, I can't imagine him telling his bosses; "so look the boat got a little wet.... but all in all... it was a fairly routine trip down the river... I just need to stop by my house and get some clothes... underwear specifically... Oh, and I have a new move to teach to the young guys

I worked as a 'tankerman' on the Miss River in 1968. See some pretty wild stuff, but not to that level.



I'm guessing that the Captain was simply an experienced kayaker, and just rode it through. NOT!



I'm sure that a change in undergarmets, was in order after this. That, and a trip to the local bar.
