After a bit of "Googling" a few weeks ago I came across "Vinyl Approach" in Paxton, MA.
after poking around the web site and being sufficiently intrigued, I sent an email with my specific needs, and received a reply in something around 30 minutes. After that exchange I took a digital image of the decal I wanted to replace, and in only a little bit longer, Mark Lewis at Vinyl Approach picked up the phone and called me. A nice touch.
A short verbal exchange, an invoice in email within a few minutes, I immediately paid with my Paypal account, (this was at about 2:00PM); by end of day I had a new message that my decal was "in the mail".
Decal was exactly what I needed for a 25 year old boat, service was excellent, price was within the level I was willing to pay.
