My dealer (45 miles away) is suggesting as part of the winterization (Minnesota, land of frozen lakes 9 months of the year), "Flush and drain cooling/bilge system & dry w/compressed air".

How is this done, easy to do at home for the mediocre mechanic?

Where would one connect the compressed air to 'dry' the bilge?

thanks

No need to dry the bilge w/compressed air,...just flush it out and pull the drain plug,...raise the tongue via the jack and let it drain out completely......it'll "air dry" just fine. Put the plug back in prior to winter storage or after it's dried out for a day or two....I think the "flush and drain" part was refering to the motor itself...IMO.
