I just purchased zone alarm anti virus , pop up blocker. I cannot instal it ,because I get this error message .vsinit.dll will not run . Any help will be greatly appreciated . I know very little about computers , so please act like this 50 year old is 5 . Thanks Bubby

I'm not exactly Bill Gates either but I'll try to cripple through it. You have an error in a dll file. Do a Google search for .dll and you should find a website that will have patchs for your .vsinit.dll file. My computer is all the time getting errors of this kind.

Seems to be a fairly common problem requiring you to completely uninstall ZA and do a reinstall. See the web link for directions to fix this.
