College Tournaments

I remember about a year or so ago there was an announcement about a tourny group that gave free entry fees to college students. You didnt fish for money but for points. Then at the championships if you won a check it was a scholorship type deal. I cant remember the name of the organization.



Are they still doing this and if so who is it? Since I'm about to graduate I was wanting some more info on these tournys.
