They are again calling for more winter weather here in South Louisiana! These people had a hard time with just the one day now they are talking about 48 to 62 hours of below freezing weather. They have already closed all schools, courts and other state run offices. People are getting ready like it's a hurricane. Should be interesting.

Schools are either closed or will be 2 hrs late in our area. Parents are already hopping mad (kids ain't) since they don't have babysitters

Snow went further south than where I am, -3 wind chill this morning. Look out Toxic, that snow south is coming your way and its gonna pack a LOT up your way in the next day or two

We are slated to get two to three inches of the white stuff. We are getting a little sleet right now and the people here at work are stressing out! Schools closed at lunch today and won’t be back open until Thursday. We will be closed tomorrow as there are too many bridges around here that may ice over tonight... Of course it will be in the high 60’s this weekend!

Now they are saying it will be in the 70's on Saturday.....only in Louisiana.....lol

It's eerily quiet here. There's no one on the road cause of the ice. It's around 22* here. Hopefully the sun will come out and start melting this stuff. I'm retired so this boy will be sitting here watching TV. Only in Louisiana.....LOL
