maybe its just me but i feel like i am getting ripped off by the coverage again this year by espn. they sent me an email touting all this coverage and when i go to check it out. very disapointed.

no thursday or friday coverage

saturday is from 7 to 8:30am for day 1 coverage

then 8:30 to 10 live coverage

and then 10pm to midnight for day 2 coverage, if thats to late you can watch it on sunday morning from 6:30 to 8:30am

8:30 to 10am is live coverage

and then day 3 coverage is 10pm to midnight on sunday night.

looks like i will be using the web to follow this years classic again

We would all like better coverage, but what they will have is better than nothing. It's very, very expensive to do live coverage. I think they have learned that the 'payback' is just not there for the expense.

Ever tried anyone else's live TV coverage? It aint there.

Like you, I have found that if I really want better coverage, I need to use on-line tools.

its not so much the live coverage its the times thats is on, i mean if i want to watch day 3 coverage i have to wait till 10pm on sunday night and then its not over till midnight, i would rather then just show the weighins live.

Yeah, I think ESPN's commitment to bass fishing has peaked and is now on a downward slide. What was once Bass Saturday, is now Salt water fishing - Hunting - Bass Saturday. The coverage of the Classic, their premier event is at unwatchable times for many.

If I did not TIVO the shows I would not watch them I would not waste my Saturday mornings

they seem to be slacking in coverage anymore.
