Just purchased a 2000 blazer, 2 wheel drive. Just wondering if anyone has one or knows of any problems with them.

I've been driving Blazers for 15 yrs,...2WD and 4WD's...pulled 19 and 20ft Bass boats all over Michigan with every one of them..never had a problem. I have a 2001 2Dr 4WD "Hi-Wider" (Z71 Off Road Pkg) that I pull my current 901 with....my only complaint??..I have a drastic drop in gas mileage when i pull the boat!! Other than that,..NADA!!..LOve it!!!

I had one before Mac..... The second year they came out - 1984, 4 wheel drive, 3.8(?) V-6, 2-door. Put something like 170,000 miles on it. It spent a LOT of time with a canoe on top running down some of the nastiest, rutted fireroads in the Ozarks.....



Only problem I ever had was the transmission. The third time it had to be rebuilt, I sold the truck. But that was only in the one model year.



Yes, I would buy another! Very good truck!
