I'm concidering having my 1998 Pro Team 175 recarpeted. I've been told these are very difficault boats have new carpet installed. I live in Lexington, Kentucky and would prefer not to have to travel real far if at all possible. Any help is appreciated.

Look thru the archives, I had mine done by a gentleman that lives near Louisville... excellent work.

I think on another board he goes by OneMoreCast56... I know he has a web page... I'll dig for it as well.

I supplied the carpet (about $250 from Cabelas) and did all the removal of the lids and old carpet and replacing the lids after the new carpet was on... he charged me 175 (if memory serves) to put all the new carpet in... well worth it, as to me that is the aggervating part.

I think he is in the neighborhood of $300 to do 'all the work' + materials...

Looked like this when it was done:

That;s not bad at all....I'll look into carpeting. BTW...it'll be red too:lol:

That's really amazing. He made a PT 175 look like a fiberglass Nitro. If he can do that for $300, I ready for a ride...
