Couple of ?first my steering has boutinch play before it's turning either way.while going down lake steering wheel is turn left half way to go straight.have to hold it there cause it wants to pull hard right.let go of steering pulls hard right.now ?2. On the lower mount area .is that area so post have caps and allow water in the unit.if so where's the water released at.?3.throttle cables bottom cable at motor has bout half inch play in it before it moves.when putting it in reverse throttle stiff as all out.but if put it in neutral.it moves freely.thks for any input.and if I need cables where is best place that doesn't break u to buy.lol

Your steering pulls right because of right-hand torque caused by your prop.
You need to adjust your trim tab to alleviate this.

Do u turn the trim tab toward the way it pulls.or the opposite way it is pulling. Thks

If your boat pulls right, adjust trim tab to pull left.
(trim tab should be facing NNE, like this /
If that's to much, back off a little.
