Anyone here on this board bought there boat from BPS in Gurnee,IL. I have a 2001 Pro Deep V 16 SC with a 75 2 stroke purchased from them. Any comments on there service??? Pro's or con's!!!!!!!!!! More to follow!!!!!!

I bought my PT175 off of them in 98. I had a lot of problems with them. I had to go "corporate" on them and everything was taken care of after that. In fact, I was MORE THAN SATISFIED with the outcome.



Keep track of all of your problems, dates/times of contact and service etc. and if you can't work things out with them, take it to the next step.

I have bought two boats from them. I have mixed reviews. I had some problems with them on my first boat and wasn't too happy. On my second boat they seemed much more organized and things went a lot smoother. Of course I was a lot wiser too. What is going on with your rig? I have the same boat but with a 60hp 2stroke.

I also have the same boat, a 2002 Pro Deep V 60 2stroke, bought it from them this March, so far so good...... In fact, before buying I had been turned on to this sight and did alot of reading, and kept saying, "OK, where's the screwup going to happen"? But everything went smoothly, From shopping, to buying, to rigging, to paperwork, and pickup, and even the free goodies arrived in a reasonable timeframe, servicewise, I haven't had a warranty issue pop up on me yet, but when it does, good or bad, I'll be doing a "dealer report card" on it.
