BPS in Council Bluffs, Iowa

Just got off the phone with my brother and he just talked to one of the city hot shots. He said the city will make the announcement that BPS WILL build a store here. They will announce next week.

I can't believe it as I always joke the bass fishing around here would have to improve 300% just to upgrade it to lousey. I guess if you have an intersection of two interstate highways thats all you need. Go figure

I talked to the mayor and a bird hunting buddy who is on the inside and they didn't mention a thing about laying off Public Workers. He also quoted way different concessions for building. The number you quoted was way off the mark. Is the MAYOR lying to me?
