Boat wraps - any repair ideas?

On my Targa, there is a boat wrap on the left and right side. As one would expect, it has some scratches in it from fishing. Is there someway to repair and/or replace sections (black), to make it look better?



It's not bad, but it highlights the scratches (cosmetic). If it was just the aluminum outside, I'd buff them out.



Any ideas?
