I just thought that those of you who are thinking about buying a new boat during the boat show season could use some inspiration on how to handle the biggest challenge....

With all the money he spent on flowers and candy and dinner, he could have got the motor upgrade too! Duh! It's better to ask forgiveness than permission!

Ha, Ha,

EXACTLY Rob....reminds me of a time where I was getting tapped to "entertain" one of the execs here at my agency. The guy had a terrible home life and always wanted to go out for drinks after work. I obliged a few too many times for my wife and whe I'd call to tell her I would be late...again....she started in on me. That's when I told her "Look, if you are going to act like this and give me crap about something that I can't get out of, I'm not going to call anymore before hand. I might as well only catch it once when I get home rather than twice." She saw the logic.

Hey Tox...

I gave my wife the same speech... And, when I was finished she asked if I wanted my "stuff" in the yard or in the garage!!!

Garage please so it keeps and could she neatly fold it all and put it in the compartments in the boat? LOL NOT!!!! Michelle once packed up all my stuff in garbage bags and put if all on the porch. Gee, you'd think she was upset or sumpin?

this even got a laugh out of me...glad im single again..dont have to do the whistle or the side step...jack

Now after one of these "sessions" and 7 bottles of Champagne, I have to admit I was somewhat "wobbly". Probably the only time I drove home when I shouldn't have. I figured that the subway ride to my vehicle (about 45 mins.) would sober me up.....well it didn't. I got home, (drove with one eye shut and stopped for coffee) my wife met me at the front door and REALLY let me have it (deserevedly so) and told me "Next time you call me from the subway station to pick you up so I can B!t@h at you all the way home!!

We won't go into the explination I had to come up with the time I came home without a shirt on (I did have my necktie on though) and getting pulled over by the police.
