Boat seats

Has anyone installed the Tempress 5pc. bench boat seat in their boat. I am going to replace my seats, and am wondering if the seat backs bolt to the bottoms of the seats or thru the fiberglass behind the seats. My bench seats now fold down, and the bottom lifts up so I can get to the gas tank. If I have to bolt them thru the back, I could not get to my tank.
