Boat cover water proofer

I know I saw this posted a while back but did not find it while searching. What does the forum recommend to clean / waterproof a boat cover? Unfortunately, my boat sits in my driveway from around April - November, so a UV stabilized product would also be good. I was looking at Starbrite products. Any good, or snake oil? :blink:
