The neighbors probably thought I was nuts yesterday, but while the wind was blowing like a banshee the support pole under my boat cover decided to fall-over. With the prospect of rain I figured I'd better fix it (so rain wouldn't pool on the slack cover. I decided my best course of action was to untie two of the cover tie-down ropes and slip under the cover. This I accomplished fairly easy, being the slender person I am. Got under the cover, put the pole back in the upright position, and then tied the pole off to the two fwd cleats (port & stbd) with some 550 cord. The support pole is a 3-section deal and I've decided to further support it I'm gonna get a piece of pvc pipe that will slip over it and add further support
