Boat Bungee

I am looking for something and I don't know the name or where to get it? It is a streach rope or cord I have seen people use at the lake. When you want to tie your boat up without pulling it onto the beach you connect this cord to your anchor or sometrhing else heavy to the front of your boat. You have a rope tied to something on the shore and pull your boat to you on the shore. When you let go of the shore rope the bungee cord pulls your boat to it. Whgewn you want to go out on your boat you pull the boat in aagain with the rope and the cord streches out. Any help will be great? Thanks.

TunaBob - my brother uses it for his ski boat. Works really well. Put a heavy enough anchor on it. It is a nice way to keep the boat away from everything.
