Blood knot????

Happy Easter everyone....



Is it me or is it nearly impossible to tie a blood knot when ataching braid to mono, ie: leader or mono backing. It just keeps pulling off???????

I've never used the blood knot. I use the double uni-knot instead.

Only problem with the uni to uni is it take six hands to tie it. lol

Make it an Improved Blood Knot and it will hold fine. You have to make that extra pass through with the tag end or it will slip every time.
