BFL co-anglers

Anyone out there a BFL co-angler in the northern division. If so and you want to sign up with me for priority status, please e-mail me. If we sign up as boater and co-angler at the same time, we get a better shot of getting in. I plan to register ASAP on the 24th, the first day it opens.

July 12th is the Champlain one. Right now, that's all I'm signing up for until I know more on the 'starts. We have to sign up next Friday. Did you get your memership yet? Also, did you sign up for the Champlain 'start? If not, you might not get in. Put in for it anyway, and just wait, you might get it if enough people back out. Please let me know of the BFL though, so we can sign up on the 1st day.

Hey Buzz, wondering if some day we wanted to get real stupid and we could take your camera and the auger and go into the narrows past Doug's camp and drill holes and check out some of those spots that stumped us this summer. Whataya think? I can borrow a shanty and have a heater. I'm not much for ice fishing, but if we take the camera along for info, that should make it somewhat fun. As long as the ice is thick and safe, but after this week that shouldn't be an issue. Michelle works on Saturdays now, so it would have to be a Sunday unless I can get my mom to watch the kids.

Be my guest.. I went though the ice in the winter of 1975 and I have never been on it again unless I was diving in my drysuit and scuba tank..

Yeah, but when you see 4 wheelers and full size SUV's out there, it's safe to walk on. I'm with you, but I will go out once there is a foot of ice. Not before. Just thought it would be interesting, also to see if the bass still relate to that structure in the winter. When I come over after the superbowl we'll talk. I might try to bring Cody to the Classic this weekend, but my heater stopped in my truck and I NEED to get that fixed pronto. I'll call you tomorrow and let you know.
