There's a guy buying tackle online under the name BJ Barron. Decline the sale. He's a scam. Got me. :( Thankfully, only for $27

Details, man, details!! How does he do it? What's his M.O.?

He tells you he needs them for his father for his "last trip", and needs them in a hurry. Even for only $27, the only reason he got me was because I was going on vacation and there wasn't enough time to wait for payment under the alleged circumstances. The first time I've ever sent an order before payment cleared and I got burned. It takes a pretty low person to take advantage of someone's kindness.

Ticks me off too because he sent his own carved balsa lures and they looked like crap. Lots of flat spots and a terrible sanding job. Put about 3 hours sanding and primimg to get them the best I could for the "dying man". Floated them out with an extra layer of clear to get them like glass. Realisically, I woulda/shoulda charged him 3-4X what I did. That's if he was a paying customer.
