I am looking at this system for my 2001 188. Has anyone used one and if so how is it working? It is $300 cheaper than the Seastar. I know you are limited to 150hp, but currently my boat has a 115 and if I ever do change,doubt I will, I would only go to a 150. With me, the wife and all four kids we can get 44-45mph. With me and my two boys we can get 48-49mph. That is plenty fast enough for me. Plus I like the fuel economy on the 115 so far.
