I have a Delco D/C battery hooked up to another for 24V trolling & the little eye indicator is showing RED like it needs to be recharged but my Volt meter showes it has 13.8 V on the 12 V side & 26 V on the 24V side could the indicator in the battery be bad ? Trying to deside if I need to get a new battery before I go up north for a week.

how old is it? it probably needs to be replaced. stan

...those "eyes" on the Delcos give up long

before the batteries do...trust your voltmeter
