Does any one know how long Interstate warranties their group 27 batteries? Specifically the pro-rated warranty?

My batteries need replacing and I bought the boat new 19 months ago.

Not sure on the warranty, but I'd bet it is at least 4 years. Shouldn't be a problem, as most Interstate dealers are glad to take care of it.

Just curious, why do you need new batteries already? I've had my boat 32 months, and they both still work like a champ.

Mine won't last 8 hrs under what I would call normal use. When I bought the bought they lasted 2 days at least, now at the end of a tourney I have to put the TM on 5 just to get the blades to move. I have them off the boat so I think I'll take them to get tested.

Interstate's warranty on the SRM-27 is 1 year full replacement, 18 months pro-rated. Not sure what the rate is for the 18 months.

My Interstate went out at 22 months. The local dealer was going to give me about 10.00 off new batteries that I would not use for at least 4 months.

Bought cheap ones at Sam's. The last one lasted almost 6 years. Go to the site and see what they have to say.
