Battery Charger

Wondering if you could hook a 2 bank battery charger up to a 24 volt trolling motor and the starting battery. The 2 trolling motors are hooked together for the trolling motors and I was wondering if you hooked 1 bank of the battery charger to the prospective hot and ground wire of the 24 volt setup. Would this work or would it screw my batteries up?:unsure:

Sorry, with most 2 bank chargers that will charge 24 volts, you need to use one output to each battery. You can't use a 12 volt charger to charge a 24 volt series.
