Battery Board

Anyone know of a different battery board that will not bend under the stress of 2 batts, a 3bank charger and a 3g oil resevoir for a 9 series boat. I even added alum angle braces to try and prevent it. Should have used thicker guage steel. But alas the batt board is bowing and pinching my electrical cables and 1 aerator hose. Probably resting on the bilge pump.

Any chance of a few pictures... Hard to get an idea of what you would need without a visual...

How many batts are on there? I know when they moved batts to the rear storage of the boats it helped this problem.



You could also try a thicker poly board.

Where can i get the poly board?



This is the battery board that covers the bilge area on a 911. I'll see if i can get a pic.

You can get Poly board from some BPS stores. I understand what you are talking about. I had the same problem with my 911, 4 batteries and an oil tank mounted on it. Even did the aluminum angle trick and it still bent.
