Took my lunch hour today and went to Bass Pro...aint I lucky to live so close....I find if I limit myself to an hour I don't end up spending more than I should.

Any hoo, I asked the gentleman behind the counter if they carried Berkley floating worms. He began talking to me and found out I liked to fish and from there we went! He is a guide for Tennessee Bass Guides, and I told him where I was going this weekend. He showed me what to use and how to rig them. Even opened the packages and rigged a few. Most basics I knew but its the tips that were cool.

Even if I don't catch a thing this weekend. This gentleman helped me a great deal, and I will return to Bass Pro again and again....P.S. Sometimes I think it helps to be female. Guys share everything about fishing....but if you're another guy....it's a secret. Ha! :D

You are right about the gender thing. My wife gets the same treatment. I'll be off in another part of the store, and when I come find her, one of the BPS staff is explaining exactly where on the lake he caught that lunker, or exactly how he makes that presentation, or what time of day he has the most success.
