My fuel pump went out today while loading the boat. Truck was stranded 20 minutes until my wife's tahoe pulled my truck and boat out. Just bad timing, ask everyone else waiting to load. One lane ramp at the small local lake. Turns out if you bang on the fuel tank enough the pump will start working again, nice to know now.

Jeff Sorry about your trouble but that is right. I have a customer that has a fleet of Astro vans all about the same age and mileage. I told him about that to save him towing charges. So now when 1 dies the first thing he tell his crews is to whack the tank a few times. It has saved him $100's in towing and when he calls I can order the parts and get him back on the road.
