You have bad boats, you have bad dealers, and you have people who want too much (bad posters).
It all comes down to customer service. IF my warranty claim is denied, I feel I have a RIGHT to speak to the PERSON who denied my warranty claim. I also feel I have a right to talk to that person's boss if I'm still not satisfied with the answers I get. Unfortunately, you can't talk to the person who denies your warranty claim, nor to anyone who can over-ride that decision.
