BPS came thru for me again. i bought a 3 bank charger from them and after 2 charges i lost 1 bank.they told me to send it to them and because it was within 30 days they would replace it. it's hard to beat a company like BPS. i received it today. just 3 days before my first tourn. i just thought it deserved letting people know how good this company has been to me and my friends. thanks. stan.
 
No disrespect or trying to make light of your situation, but for heck sake that the least they should do. The damn thing is only 30 days old. Should of held up longer than that. Should be no questions or doubts about it. Like anything else there are always some things that can be defective. Glad to see they took care of you and you are back charging. Good fishing.

Most companies policies regarding electronics are that they must be sent back to the factory for any warranty/replacement work....I think the BPS policy in this case is a shining example of customer service.
 
I am very fortunate to have a BPS here in Orlando and simply don't know of any store having a better return policy and customer satisfaction. I have been buying from BPS since the very first catalog and have NEVER been dissatisfied. I buy with confidence that anything, including electronics, can be returned, no questions asked.

it was a 3-bank guest and like ken said, with electronics it can be difficult to return. and usually you have to deal with the manufacturer not the store you bought it from. so again BPS inpressed me. thanks stan
