OK, since Pierre bailed on me, and I'm committed to going, anyone want to go to the Detroit BPS spring classic. I have a late model Dakota, that hopefully will be fine for the trip. If someone wants to pitch in for gas. Or if you have a better vehicle, I will pitch in. Leaving from upstate NY late Friday afternoon, 3/22. Let me know. Will probably drive through the night to get there for Saturday, stay at Ken's Saturday night and come home Sunday afternoon. Those faint of heart, need not apply! LOL

He's going to Cuba! Make sure he brings back some cigars! I am going through Canada, you want some XXX? I can stop and get some at the duty free.

Heck yeah....bring 'em on.

I'll e-mail you later in response to your e-mail...I'm real busy now moving all my boats outside to get ready for Classic.

Well, there is a string of bad luck going around. I just got a call from the mortgage company letting me know that I have to come up with another grand, so it looks like the trip to BPS is off for me too. Pierre....you ginxed me! Sorry guys, every penny counts now, so I'll have to see you at the rally! This BITES!

That's too bad...

Adam....we'll just do chow and libations with the boys at the local watering hole.

Sorry Ken, I was really pumped to go. Wife's blessings and all. Then this! I don't know what's worse. Not being able to go, or having to come up with MORE stinkin money! I am a man on the EDGE!!!! Need to get in my boat and fish for 3 days straight with no interruptions! Oh yeah, IT'S STILL WINTER!!!!!

Oh sure go ahead, rub it in! If I come out there, I probably will not come back! Have to send for the wife and kids!

Ken...ya'll just tell me where to be and what time and I'll show up with bells on. There used to be a place on Rochester road that served wild game and lots of good beer. I think it also served as the clubhouse for a golf course. Wouldn't mind going there again (just a suggestion). I believe it's called Ticonderoga or something to that effect....

Sorry you can't make it Rob. Was looking forward to meeting you and Pierre. Maybe I'll make it to the rally.

Adam,

We'll see you here in the store....look me up as soon as you get here.

You know what, I might just see if I can swing it anyway and just eat PB&J's the whole darn weekend! If I can get my buddy Jamey to come along and share the gas, and driving. Do you mind Ken? I really need to get out of here for a few days! And,why you moving boats now if the classic isn't until next weekend? Anyway, let's see what unfolds!

Classic sale actually starts tomorrow with the big events the following weekend, so we will be outside for 10 days.

I don't mind at all...bring him along...don't worry about food...I can still grill something up Saturday night to sustain ya!!!

Let me know...
