Probably stay home and work after the 7" of rain we had around here a couple of nights ago. The rivers and lake are pretty high and are pure mud. Going to let them settle down for a week or two maybe by then the fish will get their senses back. Everyone else have a great weekend.

With the heavy storms we had here last night the Delaware River is way too high , fast moving and muddy for this weekend!

Took Beka and the boys out after school today for some bream, got Beka to break in the new rod/reel that Mac painted for her. 3 nice bream, AND she wants to go back out TOMORROW!!!!



Hope those folks at the Rally have a blast, 'cause I know i'd love to be there!

I will be spending next week on Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri. Hope to haul in a few biggins, race go karts with my 12 yr old daughter, shop with the wife, and just rest.

I'll be fishing Conowingo Reservoir on the PA/MD border.

Fished in a new club that wife and I are looking at - Carolina Couples. Fished at Lake Wateree (report to follow). Had a great time. Fishing tough, as a large storm and front came in late Thursday. Fish had lockjaw for the most part. Caught 1 10" dink.



Boat now needs a new prop. Took off about 1/2 of one blade on something just under the surface while on plane in the middle of the lake. Bad deal. Wanted a new prop anyway.



Going to lake Badin in NC next weekend.

Went to the potomac saturday, met girlfriend for dinner on the water, On way home stopped at burke lake for a little night fishing. Went back to the potomac this morning. Perfect weekend. Strange tide or lack thereof but perfect weather.
