I bought a 2001 walk through model with the 115 HP motor. So far it has been a nightmare. It spends more time at the shop that in my garage. It is a beautiful boat but it has some flaws. Look at the changes from the 2001 and the 2002 models. The factory acknowledges some problems, I had to install a kit to fix the livewell problems, but is at a loss for others. I am curreently having a go around with Tracker on the performance of the boat. It rides bow heavy under the best conditions but with my 115 HP and a 21 pitch prop I am for ever adjusting the trim back down because the prop is cavatating. The slightist bump, wave or turn and the prop is cavatating. Could be the offset transom or the pitch of the prop is to high. The dealer is trying to work with me by changing props and raising and lowering the motor. Even they are not sure of the problem but agree the boat does not ride well. So far I regret buying the boat.
Take a close look at this boat. All the curves and hatches do not make for easy installation of fishing equipment like rod holders and down riggers. Example: the tops of the gunwales are curved. Try mounting something on that. There is no place to mount the Bert Tackle (aka;Pursuit Sports) rails for their system and the bait well interfers with any rail system from side to side.
