Anti Siphon Valve

I guess I have a bad anti-siphon valve......anyone else have one of these go bad? Changed my ball out and had trouble getting it pumped yesterday, after squeezing it the bulb wouldn't return to its "round" shape........ Have one on order.

Be sure you put the new bulb in correctly. It has an arrow showing which end goes toward the engine.

Roger Dog, it is in right. I changed the bulb in an attempt to fix the issue....
