Sorry to be so absent lately. Family and work obligations have me pretty tied up. No time in the boat, no fishing, fall is passing by...ugh.

I missed my last "Monday report," so here's an update: I'm no longer craving junk food, and enjoying the alternate menu. Went out to a Mexican restaurant last Friday, and I could only finish 2/3rds of my meal. I also made it through watching Zachary eat fried ice cream with whipped cream and cherries, with no real desire to have one of my own.

My weight loss stalled last week until I started pushing myself a little harder on the treadmill. I can now comfortably handle 3 miles of jogging. Three weeks ago, that would have put me in the emergency room.

Weight is 188 and falling. I am getting it done.

Sorry if these reports seem superficial. I needed a way to get this done, and it's helping me to report the facts here. It's keeping me honest.

See you next week on the south side of 185.

Very Cool Rich,...keep up the GREAT work,......need to make a few changes in my own life soon,....losin' about 25% of my total mass would be a good start!!! LOL

proud of ya man!!

Mac

Hey Mac... losing 25% of your total arse would be a good start!!!

Way to go Rich...keep up the good work.

Lost about 2lbs over the last 2 weeks. Still not back on track as well as I should be. Several items appear to be close to resolving themselves, which will help the attitude quite a bit.

Hang in there Rich. I will make a promise to get on that darn treadmill tonight, come hell or high water!

Way to go Rich!!!

I've been eating grown up cereal and fruit in the morning, a light lunch, dinner and NO TV Junk food. Running around the show room and talking to people has proven to be more exercise than sitting in a cubicle operating a CAD system all day. I haven't seen a scale at the Neeley household but my pants sure seem a little baggier.

Don't need a scale at Neeley's house.....FOUR fish don't weigh that much!!..hahahahhaha
