Aluminum Scratches

I recently purchased a 2004 Pro Team 175. Nice boat, fishes well. My question is this, the boat has some deep scratches on the sides,is there anyway to get rid of these or should I just live with them. I bought it cheap after having the mechanics checked out, kind of a fixer upper to where I could have a fairly nice boat, couldn't afford a nice shiny one. Thanks for any suggestions!

Hit them lightly with some 800 grit paper but, if there deeper than you fingernail just leave them.

Get you some aluminum polish and Sharkhide that tin rig

Agree with TEE, and work your way down to 1600 grit, then polish
