Abu Garcia Parts????

I have never had a problem with my Revo STX's but now that I do I can't get the parts. I stepped on one and messed up the handle 2 months ago, called BPS, their reccommended reel repair shop, and Abu Garcia and the handles were on back order until November. So I call this week and now they are on back order until December and Garcia will not allow you to order parts that are on back order. I bought a used one on line, another forum, to borrow the handle until I could get a new handle, wrong...the one I bought appears to have been stepped on also. Any ideas. I did try to repair them myself but not much luck.

Best just to send them in and get them to do the repairs. I save up 4-5 reels at a time and send them all in during winter down time. Like a new reel when you get them back.
