It's not often that I/We post good news tales about dealers (boats that is) But like Big Joes post I would like to help with that..I know the story about 1 bad customer story reaches 100 times the 1 good customer story does but you got to start somewhere. My partner Randy and his brother Fred are down in Miss to pre-fish for there Anglers Choice Regional TX. Fred's Champion is just over a year old.
When Randy went to pull the trailer out after launching the boat Sunday he noticed that he could read the letters on the drivers side rear axel tire. The right rear axel spring had broken in two. Now the guts of this post..First they called the closest boat dealer to them looking for parts. It turned out to be a Ranger dealer and because Genmar ownes them both the dealer is getting the parts/upgrade and covering it under warranty..I don't have the name of the dealer yet but when I do I will post it. Like I tell the customers in my shop that get towed in of off the interstate, I treat all breakdowns like family and hope my family is treated the same way. 2nd point all the teams that where there from the DelMarVa region stayed to help.
I am not a Pro at this TX stuff but I have been lucky to fish with and meet some very nice people through Angler Choice.]
