98 Nitro 185 Sport, No power to lights/depthfinder/radio/bilge/live wells?

Hey everyone, new here and new to this boat. I am having problems with getting power to the lights, either front or back, depthfinder, radio, bilge and live wells. The previous owner had the boat out about a week ago and said everything was working for him then (lights/radio, didn't use bilge or live wells so don't know). So, hoping it is a fuse problem or something simple. I know the fuse box is under the driver dash, but I can't find a fuse diagram for this boat. Or really any type of manual!

The trolling motor works when a battery is hooked up to it.

Update to my OP. I used a multimeter to check voltage to the fuse panel. With the key on I got no voltage to the fuse panel. I got no voltage to the horn, and I had voltage to the gauges I could reach. I will run a ground from battery to fuse panel and check again. Hopefully that will be my issue.

Maybe a broken or lose wire on back of ignition switch
