929 Owners Help

Tom Mac.....Any of you guys who have a 929, my steering wheel cover blew off the other day and I'm trying to explain to Craig what it looks like. I've got 6 allen type bolta and a 2 inch hole in the center. Looks to me like the cover went over the 6 bolts (different color aluminum). The wheel has DEVO? written on it. Can someone please post a pic of their wheel (if it's like mine)?

If it's anything like the cover on my old Nitro 180 - it's just a plastic cap that is pressed in. I also had the six allen head bolts underneath. Mine blew off, too. Held the replacement in with silicone!

Carlos I've got to admit, it is the first launch of the year. I'm going to get the first 5+ pounder of the year also!! I can't seem to find the right cover for the hole!! Craig is trying but it has us stumped.



Thanks Scott, Craig only shows a single cover that is adhesive backed and that ain't it!! That's what them there tin boats have LOL!! Mine is much more complicated.

I lost my cover last fall also . I had the same problem explaining to Craig what I needed . In the end he send me the little stick on emblem thinking that was the right part .Nothis fault tracker makes it hard on their dealers to have the right part numbers . My Dealer Debbie Fuller finally was able to get me the right part . If you want I can contact her and ask her what he part number was or I can give you her phone number and you can call her yourself . She a very nice person and I'm sure she can help you. by the way if someone thinks they have the right part for you ask them to check the price the cover is around $22.00 while the little emblem is around $4.00 . Lastly Toxic check your e mail I send you a message Saturday .
