911 - RPMs

What should I be seeing for RPMs on a 911 w/ 225 opti? when i pin it for bursts she was pushing over 6000 RPMs, and I swear close to 6500 at one point.. this possible? safe?

I assume a regular opti, not a Pro xs. Your rev limiter would kick in round 5800. I think your tac is off.

I have a 225 EFI on my 911 and WOT I had between 5200-5400 rpm then I had my prop busted up and reworked and the screwed up the cup and now I hit can 6000 so I have to back off the hot foot till I can get the cup reworked. so my be a prop issue as well.
